I really enjoyed my stay! The price is great, especially since you’ll be out exploring the city most of the day. The room was spotless, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming — they greet you every time you walk by. There’s always someone at the door, day and night, which made me feel very safe. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit!
Had a lovely stay at the Reforma Guest House, I would highly recommend it! The rooms are huge! The bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent - they were very helpful and friendly! Ricardo was such a huge help and lifesaver with a problem I had with a flight booking. The hotel is also very pretty and it has nice small touches that are thoughtful and convenient - it’s a free snack bar. They also have a fitness room and place inside and outside to work and have coffee or something. The location is also great because it’s walking distance in relation yo public transport and it is surrounded by restaurants. I also liked the views from the rooftop.

Excellent hospitality and genuine people. The water was hot/good pressure. Sheets were clean. The only thing was there were some issues with the power.
The room was very nice and quiet. All other hotels i stayed at in Mexico were very loud with poor sound proofing. Location is perfect and staff are friendly and helpful. The fitness center is basically just an exercise bike, go to a local gym instead!
First of all: the location, air, acoustics, cleanliness, and staff were really great. The roof terrace was also very nice, high above the streets. I missed having some daylight and a view in my room on the first floor (there was only light from a very narrow courtyard with a view of the opposite wall). And the fitness room was very basic. Otherwise, it was really great for a stay where you primarily need a safe, clean place to sleep and are otherwise out and about in the city a lot.
Clean small modern rooms with very friendly staff. Nice small common area with chairs and tables on the ground floor for working on your laptop. Free filtered water, coffee, or tea next to the common area. Rooftop patio is wonderful. 5 stars all around! Incredible value!
Amazing quiet hotel. The whole staff from front desk, the security and cleaning staff are the kindest and very accommodating.
